Every family in Virginia's 10th District deserves to know that their loved ones can go to work, to school, and back home without fear. That starts with strong, well-supported law enforcement and a justice system that actually holds people accountable.

Dave will always stand with the men and women in uniform who protect our communities, from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office to the U.S. Capitol Police. He believes in firm, fair justice that prioritizes the rights of victims and removes violent repeat offenders from our neighborhoods. He supports the strategic use of every available resource, including the National Guard when necessary, to restore order in areas facing spikes in violent crime.

On the national level, Dave understands that peace comes through strength. A military that is fully funded, equipped, and ready is the single greatest deterrent to those who wish to do us harm. He will fight for a defense budget that maintains America's technological edge while demanding accountability and efficiency from the Department of Defense.

Public safety is the foundation of a thriving society. I will always champion a culture of respect and support for the men and women who keep us safe—from the U.S. Capitol Police to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. These professionals have one of the toughest jobs in the country, and they deserve the resources and backing necessary to do it effectively. By prioritizing professionalism and partnership, we can ensure our local law enforcement remains a source of pride and protection for every resident.

Our justice system must prioritize the safety of law-abiding citizens. I am committed to ensuring that prosecutors and judges apply the law firmly so that repeat offenders are held accountable and kept off our streets. This includes a "zero tolerance" approach to criminal illegal aliens; those who break our laws must be tried, punished, and deported. We must restore a system where the rights of victims are never secondary to those of criminals.

Protecting our loved ones

Every family deserves the peace of mind that comes with knowing their loved ones will return home safely each night. No parent or spouse should have to fear that a routine trip to work, school, or the bus stop will be met with violence from individuals with extensive criminal histories. My focus is on creating a community where safety is a guarantee, not a luxury, by removing violent threats from our neighborhoods before they can strike.

Utilizing federal and state resources to stabilize communities helps protect all legal residents and ensures safety is maintained across the region.
