In northern Virginia, we've watched this story unfold. Data centers have gone from a blessing to a curse. At first, tax revenue helped lower property taxes and fund our schools. But now, there's a data center on every corner, massive transmission line projects looming over our schools and neighborhood, and energy bills that are steadily creeping up. We're facing serious impacts on our quality of life. My view has always been that our district has done more than its fair share in hosting these data centers, and it’s time to start putting them outside our district. But data centers are only half the story.

There are two housing stories playing out across VA-10 right now. We are seeing two different situations happening to two different generations at the same time. I have three policies I plan to fight for in Congress that work together to unlock the housing market in VA-10.

I believe the voters of our district deserve a thoughtful response as to what that “R” represents to me and why I’m running to be your Republican candidate for Congress in VA-10.
